Let the evening begin on the exhibition floor

As the exhibition floor starts to empty and the conversations continue, there are plenty of ways to take the evening further. Perhaps a dinner with colleagues, drinks with clients you met during the day, or a celebration to round off the fair in good company. If you’d like to stay right where you are, it’s also possible to arrange drinks directly on the exhibition floor, a seamless way to keep the conversations going without interruption.

Informal buffets & receptions

    The perfect ending to the day, or perhaps the start to the evening? We offer a welcome drink of sparkling wine and 3 kinds of snacks. All served to your guests as a non-seated event.

    If you want to offer a slightly more expansive reception-type event. The welcome drink is a refreshing cocktail. Served with 3 kinds of snacks and 3 kinds of canapés. A pianist or saxophonist to create the perfect ambience. All served to your guests as a non-seated event.

    Superb format if you want a social dinner suitable for networking. We begin with a welcome drink of sparkling wine, followed by a buffet and 2 glasses of beer/wine/non-alcoholic beverage. All served to your guests as a non-seated event.

    Few things are better for creating that perfect ambience than live music. With a jazz band to set the mood, we will serve a welcome cocktail to your guests along with 3 kinds of canapés. This will be followed by a canapé platter and a cocktail bar serving drinks (2 per person).
